Plain terms for a plain product. Taskitz is operated by Grandfield Media Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad, India.
The service
Taskitz performs defined, automated tasks on files and URLs you provide, in exchange for credits. Each task page states what it delivers, what it checks and what it does not do. Those statements are the scope of the service for that task.
Credits
Credits are purchased in packs and consumed by completed jobs. Purchased credits do not expire while the account is active (12 months without sign-in counts as inactive, after notice). Free trial credits expire 30 days after grant. Credits are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash except as described in the refund policy.
Your content
You keep all rights to your files and results. You confirm you have the right to process what you upload. We do not accept content that is illegal, infringes others’ rights, or is used to harm people or platforms (see the tasks we refuse to build).
Acceptable use
No malware, no scraping of protected platforms, no fake reviews or engagement, no DRM circumvention, no attempts to overload or reverse-engineer the service.
Liability
Outputs are produced automatically and validated by the checks listed on each task page. You are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them. Our liability for any claim is limited to the credits consumed by the job concerned.
Changes
We may change prices, tasks and these terms; quoted jobs keep their quote, and purchased credits keep their value in credits. Governing law: India; courts of Hyderabad.
