Add page numbers, headers, a watermark or a password to my PDF
Page numbers, running headers and footers, a watermark, rotation, metadata removal and a password - applied to every page and read back to prove each one landed.
What you receive
- The finished PDF for every file you upload
Checked before you are charged
- Page count unchanged
- Page numbers read back out of the finished file
- Title and author actually cleared when you ask for it
- The file opens only with the password when you set one
What this task does not do
- –We stamp on top of the page - we do not reflow or re-typeset it
- –A password protects the file, not the words inside it: anyone who can open it can copy them. To remove text, use the redaction task
- –We never keep your password - if you lose it we cannot open the file for you
Questions buyers ask
What exactly do I get back?
The finished PDF for every file you upload.
How are credits calculated?
per 20 pages. We measure your files before anything runs and show the exact number. Estimates (where a page count cannot be read up front) are settled on the real count — never more than quoted.
What if it fails?
If the job fails our validation checks, every reserved credit is returned automatically. Credits are not refunded when a valid result simply does not match an unstated preference — the limits above say what this task does and does not do.
Is my data private?
Files are stored privately, processed in an isolated directory, and deleted after 7 days or when you press Delete now. We never train on your files.
Can I re-run with different settings?
Yes — from the job page. The incremental credits are shown before you confirm.
